OUR MISSION
The mission of Innovatrium is to be to the business practice of innovation
what the Juilliard School is to music, bringing together master artists,
teachers and students in a collaborative effort to create new ideas, skills and
practices. Innovatrium integrates the best of consulting and teaching into
action learning.
CONNECTING THE DOTS OF INNOVATION
    Innovatrium focuses on creating collaborative
innovation capabilities and a culture of high growth
across an organization and beyond. The Creativize
Method was developed over decades of successful
practice with dozens of Fortune 500 companies to
integrate creativity and innovation into existing business
practices. It works with the DNA of the firm to create
    sustainable growth:

  • Assess and diagnose the organization’s culture and competencies
  • Create a vision of the future and a roadmap that leads to it
  • Establish a shared vision and values in the leadership team
  • Develop process experts to sustain change and innovation
  • Engage leaders to operationalize the vision
  • Jumpstart change and innovation project teams
  • Review and revise projects, adjust organizational practices and
    develop a customized solution
ACTION LEARNING
At the University of Michigan Jeff DeGraff is often called
the Dean of Innovation because he has been a teacher
and advisor to some of the top innovation leaders in the
world. Innovatrium is based on his “See one, Do one,
Teach one” approach.  It involves developing highly
experienced innovation facilitators who learn first by
example, then by working on actual projects, and, lastly,
by sharing their knowledge with others, replicating the
process.
