How does the Innovatrium help my chances for success?

What are the key benefits of the Innovatrium?

The Innovatrium will focus on collaboration across traditional boundaries in order to create
opportunities for innovation not available within an existing organization.  Collaboration will cross
divisions (marketing, research & development, finance, etc.), disciplines (business, academia,
government, etc.) and geographies (United States, Europe, China, etc.).  Connecting the dots in
organization where innovation has the highest probability for success.

It will provide a low-risk, ‘under the radar,’ site for innovation projects to obtain proof of concept, for
evaluating new techniques and tools, and for leaders and their teams to develop core
competencies and best practices in innovation and growth.  The Innovatrium is the ‘Juilliard
School of Music’ for innovators.

What level of a commitment do I need to get started?

The short answer is we are a great value and require no long term commitment to get started.

Our services can start with a speech, team assessment, one or two day introduction to Leading
Enterprise Innovation workshop. We are truly a value for working with world class innovators. The
reason being is we use a teaching model not consulting model to drive results on your projects.
Our model is the same as the medical profession “See One, Do One, Teach One”. Since you and
your team are running the project from the very beginning it requires less time from the experts. In
effect from this action learning process you bring the project in faster working with experts at a
lower cost. In the end we customize every project to your specific needs and you develop
innovation leaders and capabilities within your own firm.
